PluginToTheme believes in the open-source community and believes that WordPress should be available to all. Unfortunately, most of the authors refuse to separate support and code. This leads to none regional price adjustments and rarely offered discounts to students or startups. That is why we providing you with our solution. GPL “Memberships” are a great way to find premium plugins and themes and try them out without paying full price. If you find a plugin or theme that you really like, we encourage you to support the developer and buy it directly from them.

How can I be sure that the items are safe to use?

This is probably the biggest concern people have about downloading plugins/themes from “GPL Memberships”.  You can be rest assured that we do NOT tamper with any of these files. They’re all as clean as a whistle. It goes without saying that you can run them through any and all antivirus and anti-malware softwares you have if you’re still doubtful. The code is generally not even modified as most plugins work fine out the box. Except that in some cases we have to add some additional code to make the plugins work. This is just the minimum change to ensure it doesn’t block your access and all features work smoothly.

How can our prices be so low?

All WordPress products such as plugins and themes are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL). This means that once we purchase the item, we can freely redistribute it. Your purchase on our site enables us to maintain subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This helps to keep our prices low.

Refund policy

Since this service offers non-tangible and irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website by agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase. Subscription renewals are not refunded.

Do you provide license keys for support?

No, we do not provide licences for support or automatic updates. You can download your updates from our update page here. Some themes and plugins are pre-activated if required for functionality.

Is support included

We only offer support if you are experiencing any installation issues. Other technical support is not included. This means that if you install a plugin or theme and it doesn’t work in the way that you think it should, then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author (a link is provided on each product page) or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively, you could ask around some of the helpful WordPress community forums. Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price. We will deal with any billing queries immediately.

On how many sites can I use the products?

You can use them on as many sites as you want.

How often do you update products?

As soon as there is an update available, we will publish it on our site as soon as possible. If you notice that we haven’t updated a product that you need you can contact us here and we will upload the latest update as soon as we can.

How do I update the products?

You can do it either via WordPress or manually via FTP.

What I have to do if some of the products ask me for a registration code?

Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your theme/plugins manually when updates become available on our site.

Can I request a product?

Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?

No, You can download them unlimited files per day, per month etc.

How long will I receive updates?

For single purchases, you get regular updates for 10 years. If you have a subscription, you will get all updates as long as your subscription is active.

Can I get a refund?

We are sorry, but based on the nature of digital downloads we can’t offer refunds, hence you already downloaded the product.

How do I cancel a membership?

Once your membership is active, unfortunatily you can’t cancel your membership
